Liquid Hammocks makes every effort to produce products of the highest quality and standards available. However, if you’re looking to return a previously purchased Liquid Hammocks product, please review our return policy below. We will do our best to make you happy. Liquid Hammocks Return Policy

• Subject to the terms of this policy, we offer returns within 30 days after the date of purchase. You may return your product for a refund back to the original payment method. We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
• Returned items must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear and be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.
• All products are inspected upon arrival at our distribution center. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, this may reduce the amount of your refund.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If you require a pre-paid shipping label, please email us at LiquidHammocks@gmail.com. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund the customer receives.
• Liquid Hammocks reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice.

Liquid Hammocks 2 Year Limited Warranty 

Liquid Hammocks LLC provides a limited two year warranty from date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects in or on the inflatable ring of the Liquid Hammock 10ft, mesh, and/or cord. 

Customer will provide video and/or photo evidence of the failure or defect to Liquid Hammocks' email- LiquidHammocks@gmail.com. If the product is covered under this warranty, Liquid Hammocks LLC will repair, replace/provide replacement parts at its discretion. Shipping is not covered under this warranty. 

Liquid Hammocks LLC reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Liquid Hammocks repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear and aging of product.
• Cosmetic flaws or variations in colors.
• Use in excess of the manufacturers recommended maximum load capacity.
• Failure to comply with pressure recommendations, assembly / disassembly and handling procedures.
• Any puncture, cut or abrasion sustained in normal use or damage from unreasonable uses or improper storage.
• Any Liquid Hammock purchased second-hand or used
• Any Liquid Hammock damaged by extreme weather or environmental conditions.
• Any Liquid Hammock damaged while in possession of a freight carrier, a dealer, Consumer, or any party other than Any Liquid Hammock.
• Any Liquid Hammock damaged by accident, neglect, improper use or handling.
• Any Liquid Hammock that have been towed by power or sail boats.
• Any Liquid Hammock sold as “demos” or in “as is” condition.
  
• Any Liquid Hammock determined to have been used for any activity other than an activity which is customary for the product.
• Any Liquid Hammock that have been structurally or dimensionally altered or modified.
• Any Liquid Hammock used for commercial or rental purposes.
• Any product that has been lost or stolen.

Except as expressly set forth herein, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquid Hammocks LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to Liquid Hammocks. Some state, country, or provincial laws do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

In no event shall Liquid Hammocks LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses resulting from any defects in its products. Liquid Hammocks LLC's aggregate liability with respect to any product shall be limited to an amount equal to Consumer's original purchase price paid for the defective product.

To the extent any limitation or exclusion contained herein is contrary to applicable law, such limitation or exclusion shall be severable and all other terms herein shall remain in full force and effect and are valid and enforceable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights. For Consumers who are covered by state, country or provincial consumer protection laws or regulations, the benefits from this warranty are in addition to all rights conveyed by such consumer protection laws.
